 Blackberry surfing privacy
I have a BB that is networked with Company VPN system for email access. a cingular and BB browser are available. Question; is my surfing with the Cingular browser private or can my company monitor?

The email function should be separate from the internet browsing function. However, if the device is owned by the company, then you are subject to monitoring according to their policies if they have any addressing appropriate use of computer equipment. *********************** One of my clients has a form that any computer user must sign. It explains that there is <i><b>no expectation of privacy</b></i> (this seems to be the "magic" legalize phrase) for anyone using company equipment. It goes on to explain that the company my monitor web, use/email or other documents created on company computers or company accounts. Meaning even if you use your home system to access the company e-mail, that e-mail my still be monitored. Good Luck! -Flame
