Starting late yesterday afternoon, All 50 of my Blackberry devices started to ceased communictions with the Blackberry Enterprise Server....I am running 4.1 and World Edition 8830 curve's. They have been working just fine for the last 8 months and before we changed carriers for the last two years. We have been doing Exchange maintenance (2003) moving mailboxes from one server to another server. When I try to add a user (myself) I can create the user on the BES box, set the activation password from Enterprise acitivation. My email account reveives the network@etp document but it never delivers to my blackberry.
Any ideas here???

Simple question, sorry to have to ask but you didn’t say, did you reboot the BES server yet?
What, if any, other troubleshooting steps have you performed? So we don’t repeat steps you have already performed. Are all the BB services running?
