BlackBerry items (Cc: and Bcc:) disappear
BES, Blackberry Curve, BlackBerry email, BlackBerry synchronization, Blind carbon copy, Carbon copy, Disappearing email, Groupwise 7.03
When I receive mail (as CC or BC), I usually take a quick look to see if it needs my attention right away. If not I close them and read it later. But when I return to the mail, it's gone. Mail is still on my desktop but it's not on my blackbberry anymore, Any one any idear?
I use Groupwise 7.03 + curve 8310 + bes server 4.

I am not a blackberry user, so I am not sure, but is there a view option set to view only unread mail? That would explain it "disappearing" after you read it. I often see this with outlook users when they claim there mail "disappears" after they read it. Changing the view to all mail instead of unread magically makes the "missing" mail re-appear. I just don't know if this applies to blackberries too.

Thank for the tip. For the bb it’s slightly different. There’s an option to see how many unread mail you have on the bb and also an option to hide or show all the items you have sent or archived. I’m not doing neither of these things, so it doesn’t solve my problem. Besides, it would also mean that mail that was sent to my directly (not as cc or bc) would also disappear and that is not the case here. Again thanks for your reply.
