blackberry curve
I am trying to download pictures from my computer to my blackberry and it will not work. When I click on the device, it says "windows can not start this hardware device because configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19). How do I fix this??? Thank you.

Many users experience missing applications on their Curve from time to time. You should restore your apps and fix the problem, you need to complete a "Wipe" of your smartphone.
From the home screen of the device, click on "Options," then "Security Options," and then "General Settings." Bring up the menu by hitting either the trackball or the menu button. Select the "Wipe Handheld" option that appears. You also can remove all of your third party apps at this point, too. To initiate the wipe, click "Continue" and then enter in the word "BlackBerry." Pressing the trackball will complete the process.

try using the blackberry desktop software and see if you can copy it over to blackberry or from blackberry to computer.
In general, code 19 means there is a driver conflict i.e. 2 devices trying to use the same resources. There r several ways to overcome this issue…..Reinstall driver for the same device may help / u may update the driver for the same device or disable any hardware-based security on the same device may create hinderer…. though not sure about that, if there is any security issue). Hope u have already done the pairing in between BB and pc & then configure bb to connect ur pc. For SW, plz dnld this
