That would be a big "NO". If you want internet access for laptop, buy an AirCard or equiv from one of the cell service companies

Yes, you can use it as a modem, but the speed could be an issue, so rather using it as a modem, better go for a data modem card from any ISP which will provide you a better speed and performance as compared to a blackberry.
