BlackBerry and Outlook Reminders Sync
Reminders dismissed from Outlook 2007 remain on the Blackberry 8830. My CEO manages reminders on her notebook but they still popup on her BlackBerry? Everything else is syncing perfect.

Are you running a BES server on which she has an account?
If not and she is synching by cable connection to the pc, then the reminders are independent to the pc until the blackberry is attached and synched again.
If you have a BES server and she has an account on it, that is a different story. Please provide those details.

I’m running the latest version of BES she syncs wirelessly everything else is syncing fine. She gets the reminders on both her notebook and her blackberry. Unfortunately Blackberry uses the Deleted Items folders for syncing; dismissed reminders on the laptop never reach the Deleted Items folder so there is no reconciliation. Meeting requests and appointments everything else syncs the only problem is she has to manage reminder dismissals on both the notebook and the handheld. I’m afraid it is the nature of Blackberry until they improve their sync process.
Have you been able to configure reminders dismissed in Outlook to be dismissed on the phone as well?
I have not, no. Reminders remain on both the computer and the handheld and they do not sync with each other. To this date I do not know of a fix for this. I find the same thing to be true of windows mobile devices. The reminders themselves act independently of each other and do not sync between the handheld and the pc.
