Blackberry and exchange server - how to find outlook


Exchange Server, Outlook, Outlook 2003, BlackBerry

I am new to Blackberries and had my IT fellow set up the device first. Yesterday somehow all my appointments on my laptop dissappeared except the one that I put in my handheld that day.

I have uninstalled blackberry manager and reinstalled it and now I cannot link it to Outlook. <none> <yahoo> and <ASCII> are only options.

I am linked through an exchange server - does this change the way I set up the system?
