Blackberry 8900 Address book cannot back up to bb 8707
Hi Guys,
I have this problem, whenever we re-activate the blackberry account of our user from one phone to another we usually back-up the old and restore the data to other phone. As to my encounter to one of our bb user, I backed up his bb 8900 and then restore to our spare blackberry 8707. I have restored some important datas like memos, SMS, tasks, etc. except for the Address Book, it was greyed out/unavailable. Is it a compatibility issue or is there something I could do to restore the Address Book to our spare unit? Please help. Thanks!
