I'm looking for information based on experience that anyone might have with the various technologies used for Biometric time clocks.
In particular, the reliability of Retina scans vs Finger print vs Facial Recognition. I've installed a low end system from WASP that works well enough for the company I installed it for (based in finger prints), don’t have a lot of first hand knowledge more than that. Now I'm helping another consultant/friend in setting up a system that is more about security/area access control that just guys "punching the clock" at the end of their shift. Ease of use is important (isn't it always?) There will not be a high amount of traffic though it, so it does not necessarily need to be fast. Computer Logging is a must, as is weatherproof durability for one of the pass-points. His customer is willing to spend a little money on this project. Links to relevant sites are welcome, but experience is better.
Thanks!
