Bi-Directional Internal and External Collaboration (UC) Solutions
I have spent alot of time researching Collaboration Technologies for my customer - a very large Financial Institution.  I see lots of options but mostly in the 'Social Networking' space and for employees to collaborate within the company enterprise.

I am seeking a solution that will allow an internal employee to communicate (securely) with an [strong]external [/strong]customers....via audio/video IM, Desktop sharing, White-boarding, etc.

Does anyone have experience in Vendorsoftware selection of this capability?

Thanks!!

Kati
