 BGP4 and load balancing
Is it possible to use BGP4 to aggregate the total available bandwidth into one virtual pipe? Example can I take two 3 meg independent internet connections and make a burstable 6 meg pipe?

I don't think that BGP can do this. As I understand BGP it's designed for picking the best network route based on response time. You'll be better off bonding the three connections together. This will require that the connections be to the same provider, and connected to the same router.
