My boss is asking me to find out how to better automate some of our daily server administration tasks, but I'm kind of at rope's end. Any tips, tricks, or underused features you would recommend to reduce the management workload and free up time for other stuff?
I've feel like I've got a good handle on the basics, but any other areas you think I should look into would be greatly appreciated. We've got 1,800 users and growing.
