Best cloud service for a simple application

There probably is not 1 best provider for all applications... That is why I describe my application.

I need a service to enable my customers to run my application. Each customer needs an individual directory, and does
-upload some input files (Similar to FTP?)
-execute my application
-download the result files

This is a relatively lightly used service. Scriptability, security, ease for customers to use, and for me to implement are most important. The speed, latency, and cost of the service are almost unimportant. The files are large enough that you prefer not zipping and sending them multiple times a day. No long-time storage or backup is needed.

Software/Hardware used:
The application requires x86 and one of .net or mono, and a runtime heap of possibly over 1G.
