BlackBerry Curve and Outlook 2007
Blackberry Curve, Microsoft Outlook 2007, BlackBerry synchronization, Email synchronization, BlackBerry
Trying to set up my BB curve to receive email from my Outlook account and can't seem to get it to work. The BB is asking me to ensure my email client settings are set to leave email messages on server. Can't find this in Outlook 2007. Please help.

In Outlook, go to Tools -> Account Settings. Select your email account and click on Change. Click on More settings. Click on the Advanced tab. This is where you set Outlook to leave a copy of messages on the server.

I am having the same issue and do not see “leave a copy of messages on the server”.

Is your account pop3 or exchange server? the “leave a copy of the messages on the server” is only available for internet mail accounts.
