You can use a Group Policy to add what you want to Internet Explorer.

Add Favorites – User Configuration/Windows Settings/Internet Explorer Maintenance/URLs/Favorites and Links
Add Trusted Site – User Configuration/Windows Settings/Internet Explorer Maintenance/Security/ Security Zones and Content Ratings
Change Settings – Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Internet Explorer

    Hi, i just wonder if there's any other way to that ,,, i have tried to add the some sites to trusted sites using the way you said above but it didn't work. Many thanks

    You can also set the registry keys directly through a reg file import of REG ADD commands. The easiest method to generate the keys is to manually settup one machine with the correct sites and export the keys you need. Look at:
