 Batch job dependencye

We have AS/400 V5R2. One user started batch job with deley of start. Second user started batch job for immediate printing. Both jobs sterted in QBATCH. Can the first job privent the second job printing?

Not if, but dependant on overrides. They cannot both get a lock on the same file.
