I did not think this was possible but thought to ask just in case. Well if this can&#039;t be done then I guess  there is no other choice than to manually place the email file in the folder.]]></description>

No, this is not for Human Resources. This is MicroSoft Exchange 2007. 
The email contains data that will be used to update a file. The process that does the update is automated and does not require human intervention. The &quot;powers that be&quot; wants a process that will take the email and drop it  into a folder so the other process can pick it up from there and perform the update. The goal is to automate the process from beginning to end and to avoid little or no intervention with the processing of this file.]]></description>
