 basic step migartion to new server

dear all i have: 1. 1 server ms 2000 adv with ms exchange and AD ( with 100 user active ) 2. i will install new server in another Hardware with 2003 Ent my question is : 1. how to move all user n profile from old server to new server without change user profiles. 2. basic step migration user n mailbox also profile from old server to new server . 3. After i upgrade my schema in 2000 adv and my client outlook ( using ms outlook 2003 ) always prompt user n password different when i using ms outlook Xp . thx
