Banning IP address via Windows Firewalls

Can we ban an IP address from connecting to our network by adding it to a block list in Windows Firewalls? Can that propagate to all systems?

I think this can be done using group policy for getting the setting to all PC’s.

However it may be just a litle simpler and more secure to put this rule in place on something like ISA or an ASA rather than each individual machine.

    Agree with Erroneous: Block the IP's ate the firewall / router level and none of the devices on the network will have to be adjusted to do the same...
