i have cisco router 2611 with two interface e0/0 and e0/1, e0/1 for internet and e0/0 is lan,i want set bandwith 40000 for time 00:00 to 12:00 and set bandwidth 80000 for time 12:01 to 23:59 on one interface for LAN.
