I have Fiber link for 6 MB with 2921-Router. I wan to segreegate bandwidth 4/2 for 2 Different Department. I have also 2 Catalyst 3750 switch for each department. I need to fix bandwidth 4/2 with access list. Please give me the solution?

Could you please share a topology with us? Is this for internet access? Is there NAT involved? I could tell you to go down the service-policy route but with more information I am sure I can com up with something better!! Yes sure.............. I have 2 LAN switches for each LAN................3560-48 and 2960-48 and 1 router 2800 series........with 6MB of fiber bandwidth terminating on 2800 Router...Now on the LAN with 3560-48 switch i want to provide 2 MB internet bandwidth and other LAN with 2960-48 switch i need 4 MB bandwidth.....
