I have a question regarding bandwidth and connection speed. I know that bandwidth is provided by the ISP Service but I wanted to know that the does the wireless or wired NIC card in our computer uses the bandwidth provided by ISP to connect to the basestation(Router) or the connection speed between the NIC Cards in the computer and the Router is independent of the bandwidth? I hope my question is clear,

The connection speed on the local devices is independent of what the ISP provides. You may be having connectivityt of 10/100/1000Mbps in case of NIC and 11/56/108/256 Mbps in case of wireless NIC however the connection provided by your ISP will be much less. So your internal network speed depends upong speed between computer and router and internet speed is dependent upon that provided by your ISP.
