		<description>Are you using SafeGuard EZ?  If so, there is no way to access the information on a hard drive without the proper password (login password).  The entire drive (or partition if that's the way you set it up) is encrypted.  Although ypou might be able to see file(s) using ERD commander, you will not be able to access them without the proper decryption key.</description>

Can the Ultimaco software read another copy of the data from a different physical location or does the Ultimaco software write some information in a hidden disk area? Have you looked for any information on the Ultimaco (Sophos) website or any Sophos support forums?</description>
