Backup issue
the backup job running daily, but i found that the same job can't complete 3 days ago. There no any error message, only the job status is running, but byte count stop. I have tried to stop the job and restart it. The problem still happen. What happens of that issue??

You might want to try just restarting the system, If it is a server or some other crucial part of the network, choose a time such as evening or weekend when the network won't miss it.
Something else that would help:
Additional information such as
Type of Operating system
Name of Backup software
Type of backup hardware (name and model of tape drive for example)
