Backup Exec corrupt file can’t be found in Outlook
The following e-mail was recently submitted by a user via e-mail: I have an email that is showing as corrupt in my Backup Exec logs, saying the e-mail "is a corrupt file. This file cannot verify." However, the message does not appear in the user's Outlook. We can't find the e-mail in any of the user's e-mail folders. How can we find and remove it?
