I am running BackUp exec 12.5 and i am trying to backup exchange server 2007 and although it seems that the procedure is completed succesfully when i try to restore specific mailboxes i realize than not all mailboxes are getting backed up. Any suggestions???

Have u updated The said SW…. recently. or run Windows update or anything happened that relate to ur computer setup ! Is there any error messages if what is it….Go to their site and try to find out the exact problems.
Rechil thanks for the reply. No i haven’t update neither windows or back up exec. It seems to me that updates mostly refer to security issues. Symantec claims that there isn’t any problem regarding this issue-question although i have observed that there are many users who face the same problem. Fyi there isn’t any answer related to this topic into symantec site.
I finally found the sollution. Upgrade backup exec to sp4 and install all hotfixes. Then restart the server so that all back up exec services restart properly (do not restart backup exec services within the program). Then backup all exchange server and after all try to restore a specific mail box. You will realize that all mailboxes are backed up.
