		<description><![CDATA[Yes, the service has been restarted. 
In my many attempts to get this working, I have now created an additional problem. Now, the Backup Exec Remote Agent is not in the services list.  Without this service, the BE Job Engine will not start. I&#039;m going to try and run a repair on the installation today to see if this helps. 
I&#039;m running 2003 server and it&#039;s not up to date. Do you think completing the windows update will effect anything?]]></description>
