 Backup commands for AS/400
AS/400 backup, NAS devices, Remote backups
I have a few questions... What commands do I use to see how big the backup is? I want to backup AS400 to a NAS Server at another location. So we have a off site copy. Is that possible? if so, how do I do it? I'm also open to opinions...

if you do dsplib *print you get the size of the library you can savlib to tape .... but if you want to send electronicaly crtsavf savlib to *savf just remember the version level on the receiving side then you can ftp the sav file and rstlib from the savefile good Luck Dan
