Backup where? On the pc itself or external drive? Windows 7 has it's own backup program included and is very simple to use to backup the complete pc as an image or you can just specify what you want to backup and where is should be backed up to, such as a network drive or external drive. Other options are commercial software such as Acronis backup or Driver genius.
