Avaya, Avaya Witness Contact Center
I have been given access to the Avaya Witness Contact Center. I am able to generate some queries but when I try to download the results I am only able to download 10 pages at a time. Is this my place of work setting? or is there a way to set a larger download set ? I am generating my data through Administrator / Search Filters.

You are experiencing a limitation of the Avaya/Witness CSCM system. There is a maximum of 100 entries returned for any query. There is no way around this it is hard coded into the system. You need to narrow your query to produce the results you need.

What is the cost for turning on the video recording ?  Is an additional  license needed to turn this feature on ?
