Avaya coverage answer group problem
Colleagues,
I'm having a problem with my coverage answer groups in the path not rolling over to the last point which is a voice mailbox extension.
In my coverage path I have three points c33, c34, 2070. C33 has 4 extensions, c34 has two extensions, and 2070 is the voice mailbox. Call successfully roll from c33 to c34 but just ring forever on C34 and never go to 2070.
I've tried adjusting the RNG field on each point but it doesn't help.

The coverage feature will only send calls to the mailbox of the originally called extension, ie, the extension that is assigned the coverage path. To do this, the Audix hunt group is assigned as the last coverage point in the coverage path.
If you want the call to go to another extension's mailbox, you will have the send the call to a coverage path which has a VDN as the last coverage point. The respective vector has the messaging step pointing to the mailbox (e.g. 2070) you desire.
