You may need to run an incremential full text index update. If there are enough changes to the table with the full text catalog defined on it it may be to many changes for the full text service to process.
In the SQL Server UI (Enterprise Manager or Management Studio) right click on the full text catalog and there should be an option to repopulate the index.
