Q:
Autorepair batch for local area connection
Hi,
I am from India. I am a cable internet user, this service uses switching network and user is assigned one ip, I can log in using there client, but the service is having a loophole , anybody on the network can see all the ip's on the network (by using IP scanning tools) and if he changes his TCP\IP settings with any of these ips he can use the persons account without logging in!!
So all i want is a batch file that can constantly repair Local Area Connection repeatedly, so that i can use the service peacefully....Please somebody help, i can't switch to any other local ISP as the cable internet is the only cheapest service here. ..Please help.

i understand your concern, most cable internet provider uses dynamic IP so you dont have to worry, i think your trying tell that your concern whenevr someone do a IP scanning they would see your IP, you dont need to have a batch file that can constantly repairing the "local area connection setting"...dont you know that when ever you powered down the cable modem it regenerate a diff. IP address when broadcasting thats one way of protecting the system or what you can do install firewall on your computer to help protect yourself against threats like that and dont forget to have anti-virus installed on your computer and lastly dont download things from not trusted websites..i hope i answered your questions
