Hi

As JDantin has said, you need to question yourself,
a)what is your interest
b)what is your geograhical domain where you want to work and live
c)you can further question
 - what are the minimums you want ((or "must have"s) in your work and life
 - what are the things - "nice to have" for you

Then how do the above match - what is the subset of intersection - this gives you the careers you can pursue.

Hope you can find that answer and then pursue that.

Then note, that may not be the end of your choice. Your opinions or values may change in due course. That may again lead you to change your caree further, though it may not be a radical change.

Best of luck.
