 Automating or scripting the creation of multiple sharepoint list views?

I have several sharepoint lists with several fields in common. How do I create a list view for each that filters on the same field equal to a specific value?

Some kind of SharePoint list rollup or collection. This can not be done through build-in SharePoint features. If you do not want to get your hands dirty, <a href="http://www.sharepointboost.com/listcollection.html">SharePoint List Collection</a> is your choice. Other way may be available, but I can not find any one.
