Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

For this purpose, u may use TeamViewer or Ammy Admin. Before running scanner, download TeamViewer and double click to Run, when the box comes click Run (Remember, don’t install) in the client computer and take ID & Pass (u have to create 1st time), then run the scanner on infected computer and move to ur computer. Open TeamViewer in ur computer, and follow as above to run it (don’t click Install) and type the same ID and Pass which taken from client computer. This is the safe and u can watch what is going in client computer.

Another way, u can try “EMCO Network Malware Cleaner”. It also helps for remote virus cleaner purpose.

Thanks–

I think i got your problem. You just install any client/server Anti-virus with Network security. Client/server must contains Administrative Kit. You just need to install said kit and install all anti-virus on client from administrative Kit. There are many option for clients management Remote Installation, Scanning,Action for found Viruses. I am using "Kaspersky Open Space Security" client/server kit also contains all options. Regards, Tahir

just for your info?? Ive done a lot of those job with our clients with cvirus issues on their Network What we usually do is scan and clean each individual clienst p.c or unit before we even install Antivirus software (NOD32 Business,Home Edition).. I recommend that you scan them indivually with malware and trojan remover before installing Anitvirus sofware...We found out that even with Antivirus sofware on p.c, it doesnt really clean out mlware/trojan rogue infections. However, for your info, we stuck onto NOD32 which save us lot to download updates...good luck..

Staffit, Trendmicro enterprise or stand alones? If standalones then you will need to attend to machines individually, if enterprise then Trendmicro must have some sort of the managing tool.

do you allow usb drives on your pc's? at my current side that is 1 of the major culprit that cause pc's to have virus. one of the best ways is to lock down the USB and only allow selected PC's to have USB access or a main pc for usb use only.

If you want to check only workstations in your network, you can use cheaper Kaspersky for workstations (Mac, Win and Linux) with Administration tool, so through that tool you can do all the job from one PC in the network which can play role of "server". You can define scanning schedules for each PC on the network without any interference of the user etc. We are using it in our network.
