 Automatic change VM backup name on vmware sphere

Hi. I created task for backup on  vmware sphere. First backup runned and all is fine. Then jib tried second backu but get error : cannor clone virtual machine, because the name exits. I want that the task automatic added the time to the end of virtual machine task name. How can i do it?

What backup software are you utilize to schedule tasks function (e.g. Vizioncore vRanger, esxPress, etc.)?

I have vmvare sphere 4.0. There are tasks. I used it. I dont use special software. is there this functtion for renaming backup file name ? Aguacer what is your recommendation? which sowtware id fine for backup tasks? thanks for help.
