You could easily just use NTBACKUP with this configuration. Here is a good guide for you.

    Try NTBackup. It is a built-in backup utility in Windows server 2003. But Using it for schedule backup server is not a very easy thing for this utility is very buggy. Get more information from the MS technet. There has detailed steps of doing schedule backup with ntbackup.

    of course NTbackup is a built-in tool and can solve ur purpose, but if u wish for 3rd party SW then plz look at here and it is completely free.....
