Automate Lotus Notes to post files monthly.

My company manually posts Reports placed into Word documents monthly in Lotus Notes. Can this process be automated and is there an example of the code anywhere ? The file names change monthly i.e. branch5mth.doc, branch6mth.doc. The folders the data is stored changes yearly FY2005, FY2006. Other than that everything is the same. It doesn't seem to make sense to manually post them each month.

I’m sure this can be done, I would create a directory to store the files (preferably on a web server), then in a Form I would create a calculated link that depending on the Month/Year would look for different files. So the direcroty path is fixed and the Filename is calculated on the Month and Year that the Form was created.

I havn’t worked out the details but you should be able to calculate a hotspot to link to the correct file.
