the question is?are you trying install the said software on a network or on your personal laptop/desktop..it sounded that like you dont have the privileges to run/execute the said software if your hooked up to network need to contact system admin for that but if its not hooked to anything like network, you need to have administrator rights(your logged in) on your laptop/desktop to able run it or check any software that may hamper also the operation of autocad like firewalls that blocking/preventing to load up.
