HOW CAN I RENAME DUPLICATE FILES WHICH ARE COMING FROM VARIOUS FOLDERS FOR WHICH I WANT TO MERGE INTO 1 FOLDERĀ  AUTOMATICALLY DURING THE MERGE PROCESS

One product I have used and it's quite easy to use and free from Microsoft is called Synctoy. It allowed me to sync folders in different directions and allows for duplicates to be renamed. Take a look. As a test, I would copy a sample from each of the various folders into a test folder and see the results.
