 Auto Logoff
I am "reluctantly" administering an existing Windows 2000 network running Windows 2000 Server and three workstations running Windows 2000 professional. The users tend to walk away leaving the workstations logged on. Password-protected screensavers kick in after 15 minutes which at least helps with security concerns. The problem is that only the user or the system administrator (me) can unlock the screensaver. Often times the user is long gone and finding me tends to be difficult. Is there a way to configure Windows 2000 to automatically log off a user after "so much" time of inactivity? Thank you for any help.

Answer Wiki:
The only MS way is using winexit.scr screensaver. You can read more on it at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/314999
