 Auto Generated Mails in Exchange 2007 while creating new mail box
Hi, How can i set an option. when new mail box created in exchange 2007, an auto generated mail has to go to the user mail box .This mail should contain company IT policy and others or Company's induction presentation. If any one knows this option in Exhcange 2007 , please help me

I looked and looked for the same answer for months. I did not find a easy solution as expected. I did create a new user script that creates the user, exchange account and sends a message with an attachment of corporate IT policy. Power shell is your friend.
