Auto forwarding of invitations in Lotus Notes
Previous versions allowed automatically forwarding of invitations in Lotus Notes but latest version does not seem to. This allowed a Notes calendar to be monitored via an internet email account. Can someone tell me if this is still possible?

Answer Wiki:
Can't you just create a rule to auto-forward any msg where form="Notice" That's definitely a possibility... I'm thinking the person asking the question probably was referring to this though: <img src="http://paritybitllc.com/misc/forward.jpg" alt="Forwarding settings" /> This is still available in Notes 8...

Hi, could you give some more details on this? I’m not sure what you mean by auto-forwarding.. I know you can set it up so that someone who is delegated access to your calendar can receive auto-forwarded invites, but not sure if that’s what you mean.. how would you set it up in the older versions? Thanks..

My mistatake in not being more clear. In a older version of Notes I was able to set it up so that any meeting invitations, changes or cancellations caused an email to be sent to a separate internet email account. That made it so that my work (Notes) account would tell my Blackberry that someone had sent some meeting change. My Blackberry is a personal one and that meant I could monitor at least the Notes calendar changes. It was pretty handy.

I can’t recall what the preferences were or if not that then the way I did it but the new version (Notes 8 I think)doesn’t make it clear how to do the same.
