Auto forward in Lotus Notes 7
Lotus Notes, Lotus Notes 7, Lotus Notes 7.x, Email forwarding
I have configured auto forward rule in my lotus mail client. It's working fine. But the problem is, sometimes all the mails are not forwarding. Some 1-2 mails are missing. What may be the problem? Pls help me out on this

The Likely issue is that you have other rules above the one to forward in the users mail file…..These would conflict with the one below.

This is because the rules are actioned from the top down. Try moving the forward all to the top and resend the emails.

If the message is coming from a Notes client, it is also possible for the sender to not allow the specific copy or forward action…
