I'm constantly typing emails all the time at work in Outlook 2016. But they usually go out to the same people so I'm getting tired of always typing out the people's first / last names. Is there a way to auto-add the people into the email? I'm talking about inside of the email. Thanks!

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

If you want these in the body of the email, you have a few options. Put the names into another file and then import it into the email body or create a emails and save it as a draft without sending. Then open the draft by right clicking and select  forward. This will let you send it as an email and still keep a copy in the draft folder.
