Haviving an issue with my Outlook 2007 auto archive. I have a set of emails that were recieved at a particular date ( for example 3/1/11) and without any changes being made by the user, the emails modification shows it being modified a month later at 3:00 am in the morning, and this happens to a batch of 25 emails or so. any explanation for this? and at what time does outlooks auto archive normally run what would be the default date

Thanks. We'll let you know when a new response is added.

You are correct in looking at the last modified date, this is the criteria auto archive uses, NOT received date as would seem more *ahem* logical. Setting up cached mode will change all emails the to modified date of the day it was set up on cached mode.
