Wondering if someone can help with this query.
Set-up up client user mailbox with the auto-accept feature ticked to place calendar directly in the diary and remove the invitation from the inbox.
This works intermittently, but does work.
I have read that this should only be used with 'resource' mailboxes although I cannot find anyone to explain to me what the technical difference is between a resource mailbox and a user mailbox.
Also, my issue is that this works for a bit and then stops.
When working - the invitation is received in the user mailbox, is processed, placed in the diary, sends a reply to confirm acceptance and then places the invitation in the deleted items folder.
When not working - the invitation just sits in the inbox.
The client machine is always running so I just can't see what is causing this - anyone have any similar experience.
BTW - the auto accept agent works for us although we need the ability for accept even on duplicates hence trying to get the above method working.
