I want
to audit about 200 servers for low disk space. The servers are using
Windows 2000, 2003 and 2008. What is my best bet for doing this easily?
The reporting machine can be any of the servers or a XP or 7 workstation.
Software/Hardware used:
Windows server 2008 r2

For a 200 server installation, it may be worth investing in a proper solution such as SpiceWorks or Microsoft System Center Operations Manager. (Other monitoring products are out there, too).
In any case, you need more than a simple script or some builtin alerting.
I 2nd Spiceworks too
Monitoring Windows 2000 machines using WMI (which Spiceworks and other monitoring tools use) can sometimes be problematic, mostly when you need to monitor machines from different domains. If that were the case, some monitoring tool that uses an agent could be the best option (Zabbix or Nagios, for example).
