If you are migrating from Exchange Server to point to Office 365 then, firstly you need to create DNS records for Office 365. After that,You can use Remote Connectivity Analyzer (RCA) tool to check for the correctness of Autodiscover DNS settings. Hi,

    1) Go to the remote connectivity analyser
    2) Select the office 365
    3) Choose the outlook autodiscover and then click next
    4) In the Email address field, type a valid email address with your Office 365 service that includes the domain you're testing. You’ll use a different email address for each Office 365 domain.
    5) Type the user name and password of an Office 365 global administrator for your account.
If you don’t know what Ignore Trust for SSL means, don’t check that box.
    6) Check the I understand box, fill in the Captcha verification, and click Verify. Finally, click Perform Test in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
    7) The Remote Connectivity Analyzer runs for a few moments, performing diagnostic tests.
    8) Check the result , If Autodiscover is set up correctly.

    Hope this helps.
